David has worked in the insulation business for over 20 years – having worked as an installer and later as a supervisor for a major insulation company. In his many years in the industry, David has gained a great knowledge of the proper procedures and standards in insulation as well as an in depth understanding of clients requirements.

Once initial contact has been made, we will organise an appointment to complete an onsite quotation for services. This allows the NI team to assess the project and discuss any questions with you.
Once the quote has been accepted, an installation date will be organised with the client and the NI team.
Newcastle Insulation offers 7 day payment terms on completion of the install. Photos of the installation will be provided to the client for quality assurance, to ensure total satisfaction and transparency.
Most installations will be completed fully on the same day. Larger installations, including underfloor insulations, may require 2-3 days to complete. Newcastle Insulation prides itself on delivering quality service, we do not rush jobs or take shortcuts.
